Change at the top of Lista Holding AG

The Board of Directors of Lista Holding AG, Erlen, today appointed Ueli Roost as CEO of the workspace and storage systems specialist. He takes up his new post immediately.

 

After three years as CEO, Fred Gamper is handing over the reins. Two other members of Lista's Executive Board, Deputy CEO Dr. Andreas Emödi and CFO Hansruedi Lanker, are leaving the company at the same time to take up new challenges. These changes are being made by mutual agreement. In 2007 and 2008, Lista posted record results. The Board of Directors would like to thank the departing Members of the Executive Board for their commitment and for the results they achieved.

 

Ueli Roost, who will now be in charge of the company's operational management, is a highly experienced and successful CEO. After graduating from the University of St. Gallen, he worked for several years at Ciba-Geigy in Switzerland and the USA. He subsequently held a number of CEO posts: at Rohner AG, CeramTec and Keramik Laufen AG. He was then Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Sulzer AG and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sulzer Medica AG. From 2004 to 2008, Roost was CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of SF-Chem.

 

Lista's core shareholders remain as they were. As long-term investors, majority shareholder Capvis, and Fredy Lienhard are both maintaining their existing stakes in Lista.
